Bob Arguelles

For over 25 years Bob Arguelles has been an active member in the Albuquerque real estate community having started his career as a commercial broker and registered appraiser in 1984. Bob spent three years with the Resolution Trust Corporation as a Regional Asset Manager, resolving over $300 million in real property assets. Subsequently involved in the executive level management of some of the most successful new home builders/developers, Bob has been responsible for over 3,500 new home sales transactions in New Mexico and Colorado and received numerous national, regional, and local Sales & Marketing awards. As a former principal in a media and marketing agency, Bob gained expertise in marketing, media/public relations and print/electronic media. His company received awards as one of New Mexicos Top 25 Hispanic companies.

Jacob Vosburgh

Jake Vosburgh joined Metro Commercial Realty in April of 2010 and has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2002. He is a specialist in the brokerage and leasing of industrial properties including office/warehouse, vacant land for commercial development and investment properties. Jake graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2000. As a graduate of UNM, Jakes emphasis was Business Administration. The Anderson Schools of Business has given Jake a solid foundation to draw from with the many complexities of commercial real estate. Closely related to Jake's commitment to education is his continued thirst for knowledge. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation held by less than 10% of licensed realtors. John W Davidson

John began his professional career as a loan officer at First National Bank of Alaska. He subsequently worked for Ernst & Ernst, a national accounting firm, and then for E.F. Hutton, a national investment firm. Tim Townes

Tim Townes provides expertise in the sales and leasing of office/warehoure, distribution/ warehouse, industrial properties, manufacturing facilities and vacant land. He has been a full-time commercial real estate broker in Albuquerque since 1974. Tim has closed many of the largest industrial transactions in the state, notably, sales and acquisitions of multiple properties for the Bell Group, and Lumber Inc. His successful transactions with various high-tech manufacturing companies and his participation in major industrial subdivisions.
