Jake Vosburgh joined Metro Commercial Realty in April of 2010 and has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2002. He is a specialist in the brokerage and leasing of industrial properties including office/warehouse, vacant land for commercial development and investment properties.
Jake graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2000. As a graduate of UNM, Jakes emphasis was Business Administration. The Anderson Schools of Business has given Jake a solid foundation to draw from with the many complexities of commercial real estate. Closely related to Jake's commitment to education is his continued thirst for knowledge. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation held by less than 10% of licensed realtors. Additionally, Jake has gained personal experience in owning real estate as he has bought and sold on his own behalf and with partners.
Jake has been well versed in a wide variety of commercial transactions. Vacant land acquisition, Investment property, Office/Warehouse sales and leasing are a few of his recent accomplishments.
Jake and his wife have two young boys, Cole and Kyle. When Jake is not spending time with his family or working, he enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle working out at the gym and riding his mountain bike in the foothills.
