He has been a full-time commercial real estate broker in Albuquerque since 1974. Tim has closed many of the largest industrial transactions in the state, notably, sales and acquisitions of multiple properties for the Bell Group, and Lumber Inc. His successful transactions with various high-tech manufacturing companies and his participation in major industrial subdivisions. His handling of these transactions demonstrates Tim's commitment to providing service of high caliber. He works closley with attorneys and financial institutions to resolve the complex issues encountered in commercial real estate transactions. In this capacity, he has marketed numerous properties for lending institutions, the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal bankruptcy courts.
