Brecken Mallette

Brecken Mallette has been involved with industrial, retail and office commercial real estate in the Albuquerque market since 2011 and brings a unique skill set to the CBRE Industrial and Logistics group. Brecken's extensive industry knowledge and experience in leasing, development, ground leases and property management allows her to add value at every stage of the transaction process. She effectively understands the priorities of both property owners and prospective clients. This integration of perspective, combined with her attention to detail provide unparalleled excellence. Brecken strives to create solutions with tenacity and dedication to her client's needs. Brecken graduated from Colorado State University with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to working with CBRE, she was the in-house representative with one of New Mexico's largest landlords, responsible for leasing a portfolio of more than 1.2 million square feet. Brecken's keen skill set includes: procuring new tenants, tenant renewal and retention, pre-leasing, marketing, canvassing, demographic insight, market knowledge, lease language negotiation, incoming tenant coordination, new development, and construction. Through CBRE's unparalleled platform of services, Brecken and team adeptly develop strategies that directly align with clients' goals and provide extraordinary outcomes for each project she is involved with.

Cheryl Hardt

Cheryl Hardt is a First Vice President with more than 25 years of commercial real estate advisory and transaction experience for investors and corporate occupiers. Cheryl has completed more than 10 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions in her tenure with CBRE. She is recognized for her attention to client service, as well as her ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions to clients real estate requirements. Cheryl is passionate about creating value and workplaces that inspire, and to this end she advises not-for-profits, educational institutions and charter schools on their real estate strategies and transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Cheryl led the leasing effort for the 2-million-square-foot portfolio owned by Bellemead Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chubb Corporation.

Debra L Dupes

Debbie has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in tenant and landlord representation, property/asset management, tenant finish and construction management, marketing and development. Debbie joined CBRE as part of the office and healthcare office team in April 2008. Prior to moving to Albuquerque, she served as VP of Leasing, Marketing and Administration for a privately held commercial real estate company overseeing approximately 800,000 SF in Denver, CO. Her experience also includes Asset/Property Management in the Chicago and Dallas markets. Debbie is known for her commitment to detail and attention to client priorities. These traits coupled with CBRE's unmatched platform allow her to execute comprehensive real estate strategies and consistently deliver superior results for her clients.

Erik Olson

Biography Erik Olson is a Vice President with the CBRE New Mexico multifamily brokerage team. He has over 14 years of experience as a commercial real estate and multifamily broker. Mr. Olson possesses strong analytical skills and innovative sales/marketing strategies. In addition, his ability to evaluate different multifamily scenarios with an ownership point of view is particularly valuable to his clients. Mr. Olson has an exceptional track record for success and provides comprehensive support to his clients throughout the entire transaction process. Mr. Olson is a member of CBRE Investment Properties and the CBRE Multifamily group. As a member of these groups he has access to a nationally populated, proprietary database of multi-housing investors including active 1031 exchange buyers. By leveraging the CBRE global platform, Mr. Olson provides his clients with sophisticated property and financial analysis, deep market intelligence and national relationships with top investors. This platform gives the client the knowledge to make the most informed real estate decision. Erik received his B.A. in Government from The College of William & Mary and dual M.A. degrees in Business Management and Security Management from Webster University. Experience Prior to coming to CBRE, Mr. Olson was a partner at Real Estate Advisors in Albuquerque NM, a Senior Advisor at NAI Maestas & Ward, and a private developer; building and brokering over $300M in real estate in the last decade. Jim Chynoweth

Jim is the managing director for the New Mexico office of CBRE, Inc. He is a past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors, and received the CARNM Realtor of the Year award in 2004. He is currently a board member of Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance and past board chair of NAIOP and Economic Forum.

Jim Dountas joined CBRE as an associate broker on the retail services team in September 2011. Jim brings over 7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate to the team and is a leader in project leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, investment acquisition and disposition and site development. Jim Smith, CCIM, SIOR has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial and logistics properties in the New Mexico market. Jim has been an Albuquerque resident since 1964 and prior to commercial real estate he owned a business in the construction and industrial distribution industry for 25 years. His educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Mexico. Scott has also completed transactions with clients in 37 cities across 18 states and Canada. His expertise includes advanced analytics in site selection, property operations, detailed market research, tenant improvements, tenants retention, marketing, lease negotiations and building sales. Scott has been recognized as a top 5 performer for many years with both CBRE and Colliers. Together with his partner, Shona Martinez, they have been involved in many of the largest real estate transactions in the Greater Albuquerque area.

Shona Martinez

Shona Martinez is a passionate, motivated problem solver with a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Trevor Hatchell

Trevor Hatchell began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1994 in the Information Services Area. In 1995, Trevor moved to the Sales Assistant position for the Land Team and in June of 1997 he became a Sales Associate. In 1998, Trevor became Rookie of the Year for the Albuquerque CB Richard Office and was Top 5 Producer for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003. For 2005, Trevor was selected by The New Mexico Business Weekly as one of the "40 Under Forty" Power Brokers. Trevor became Vice President in November 2004. Trevor specialized in large tracts, industrial, investment and retail land.
