Jim brings over 7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate to the team and is a leader in project leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, investment acquisition and disposition and site development. Jim's countless relationships, continuous networking endeavors and extensive knowledge allow him to leverage information to achieve results for his clients. Jim's tenacity, leadership and experience coupled with CBRE's dominant platform allow him to provide precise, timely and actionable information to the decision-makers he represents. Prior to joining CBRE Jim was an Asset Manager for 2 million square feet of high profile power centers, grocery anchored centers and a regional mall. In 2009 Jim joined NAI Maestas & Ward as a Senior Advisor focusing on shopping center acquisition, disposition and project leasing.
