Trevor Hatchell

Trevor Hatchell began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1994 in the Information Services Area. In 1995, Trevor moved to the Sales Assistant position for the Land Team and in June of 1997 he became a Sales Associate. In 1998, Trevor became Rookie of the Year for the Albuquerque CB Richard Office and was Top 5 Producer for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003. For 2005, Trevor was selected by The New Mexico Business Weekly as one of the "40 Under Forty" Power Brokers. Trevor became Vice President in November 2004. Trevor specialized in large tracts, industrial, investment and retail land. His primary responsibilities within the Land Team include new business development and negotiating terms of sale on behalf of his clients.
