After earning an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico in 2000, Brett Hills launched 999dine.com, which provides e-commerce solutions and marketing services to businesses locally, regionally and nationally. He brought his marketing expertise and entrepreneurial expertise to commercial real estate when he joined NAI Maestas & Ward.
Experience
As a tenant representative broker, Hills has designed and implemented strategic rollouts for local, regional and national concepts, including Subway, Chipotle, Five Guys, Five Star Burgers, Filiberto's, Einstein Bagels and Tucanos Brazilian Grill. As a sale and leasing agent, he has sold and leased retail space in shopping centers ranging from neighborhood and grocery-anchored centers to pad sites and stand-alone buildings. Ethan is an Albuquerque native and alumni of the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management, where he graduated with a concentration in Marketing.
Following business school, Ethan led a successful advertising career in Chicago, eventually making his way back to New Mexico and beginning a career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining NAI SunVista as a Transaction Coordinator, Ethan spearheaded marketing and advertising for one of New Mexico's top commercial real estate developers, focusing efforts on a landmark 80 acre mixed-use project in Albuquerque's South Valley as well a mixed-use food park in Albuquerque's Southwest Mesa.
Ethan is well versed in all facets of retail commercial real estate having worked closely with both property owners and tenants across the Albuquerque market. Understanding trends and the data to back them is a skill nourished from Ethan's advertising career, in which he facilitated clients such Ethan is passionate about helping Landlords realize the maximum potential of their asset, while ensuring tenants are set up for success

Jim joined NAI Maestas & Ward in June 2011 as a land, industrial and investment advisor with an extensive background in commercial real estate. He is also an active investor and business owner. Jim has led both small and large corporations and has managed budgets in excess of $100 million. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico's Anderson Schools of Management.
Prior to joining NAI Maestas & Ward, Jim was at Grubb & Ellis for 5 years and continues to specialize in industrial and investment brokerage activity. He has also had a career in engineering and engineering management in production with large multinational corporations. At NAI Maestas & Ward, Jim focuses on warehouse leasing and sales as well as corporate site search and selection. Jim has represented large multi-tenant industrial parks and currently also represents a large selection of land development opportunities. Jim assists clients in meeting their financial objectives by understanding their goals and working to maximize their return on investment as they manage their portfolios. Jim Hakeem has 14 years experience in the Albuquerque commercial real estate market. He joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2004. Prior to launching his real estate career, Hakeem owned a food manufacturing company for 20 years.

Keith has been involved in real estate since 1992 and joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2005 as a leasing and sales specialist for land, which focuses on mixed-use properties. This allows him to work in disciplines including industrial, retail, assisted living, multifamily and more. He also owns investment properties in multiple states which gives him the opportunity to develop the ability to identify, evaluate and grow investment real estate assets, skills that continue to add quality and value to his client relationships. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Keith managed radio stations and a video/film production company. He won numerous creative awards including Gold Medals in the International Film Festivals of New York and Houston. Using his expertise in marketing and promotion along with his comprehensive understanding of asset management and customer service, Keith has successfully completed some of the largest and complex transactions in New Mexico. Before NAI SunVista Micah was a student at the University of New Mexico where he earned both a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration. While attending the University, Micah participated as a student athlete on the UNM Football team. When he wasn't running the football scoring touchdowns, blocking opponents, or training he was studying and networking on campus. On top of being awarded to the Mountain West All-Conference Academic Team three times, Micah was President of the Football Business Society. During his tenure as President with the business society he found a passion for investing, which led him to pursuing a career in commercial real estate during his final semester as a graduate student.
On or off of the football field, Micah believes a team environment is the best environment and it takes everybody involved in a party to have the most success. Manifested into reality, Micah applies the disciplines found and practiced within elite athletes and applies them towards his newly found passion and profession.
Micah is part of the mentor program at UNM's Anderson Business School and on the board of NAIOP Young Developing Leaders.

Joining NAI SunVista directly from the US Air Force, Sergeant Rob Bridges brings a unique perspective to the commercial real estate world.
While serving in countries across Europe and Asia, Rob's years in the Air Force were busy: In 2018 he was the only Airman to master the Army Air Assault Course; in 2019 he graduated in Biomedical Equipment Engineering; and then later in 2019 and in 2020 he received the distinguished Airman of the Year award. Now after five years of service to our country, Rob has come back to his hometown to join the NAI SunVista team as an advisor on the Office Team.
Rob's instinctive understanding of commercial real estate comes from his family's deep-rooted property ownership and management within the Albuquerque market.
