Alexis is a knowledgeable, motivated, and diligent broker. She specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, industrial and land. A local market expert in Albuquerque, Alexis works throughout the Land of Enchantment. Prior to brokerage Alexis worked as a paralegal for a business and personal injury lawyer which instilled discernment and the ability to negotiate, draft legal documents, conduct research, and solidified her organizational and communication skills. Alexis began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator with NAI SunVista and shortly transitioned into a full time broker to join a dynamic team with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Her success in brokerage has been attributed to her responsiveness, firm negotiations, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, marketing strategies, and exceptional customer service commitment.
