Chris has spent most of his life in New Mexico. Experience Steve Kraemer joined NAI Maestas and Ward in 2014, his ten plus years of experience in commercial real estate includes working in multiple disciplines with the leasing and sales of office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties. Steve currently focuses his practice in Multifamily and Office properties. Steve also has experience as a Property Manager, where he was responsible for over 100,000 square feet of industrial and retail properties including over 250 multifamily units.
