Carl Vidal

Carl holds a Marketing degree from Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico which he uses to deliver strong sales and marketing results. Carl's real estate career began in 2008 with Gamerco Associates TIC in Gallup NM. As a director of Gamerco Carl worked as member of the board to oversee 25,000+ acres with multiple commercial interests including zoning, water rights, leases, land sales, taxes, utilities, easements appraisals and developments. In 2006 Carl founded Irvie Homes LLC which provides marketing services to over 30 vacation rentals in the State of New Mexico. Born and raised in New Mexico, Carl has passion for community and a strong understanding of the marketplace. In his spare time he serves on the NM Board of Directors for American Diabetes Association.
