Steve O Kraemer

Experience Steve Kraemer joined NAI Maestas and Ward in 2014, his ten plus years of experience in commercial real estate includes working in multiple disciplines with the leasing and sales of office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties. Steve currently focuses his practice in Multifamily and Office properties. Steve also has experience as a Property Manager, where he was responsible for over 100,000 square feet of industrial and retail properties including over 250 multifamily units. His wide ranging commercial real estate experience, specifically his representation of both Sellers/Landlords and Buyers/Tenants allow him to recognize all aspects of a deal and to bring it to a successful conclusion for his clients. A native New Mexican who grew up in Los Alamos, Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of New Mexico, where he also played for the highly successful mens soccer program, serving as captain for three seasons. He went on to play professionally for 5 years following college, spending time in Virginia, Nashville, Atlanta and Charleston. Steve believes strongly in the value of team work, and views every real estate transaction as a puzzle to be solved through group communication and idea sharing. Steve is well known throughout the industry for his team oriented focus. His understanding and engagement of technology coupled with his solid work ethic provides his clients with a smooth transaction and a personable, yet high caliber experience.
