OVERVIEW

Santa Rosa is the most established and convenient fuel stop in Eastern NM along I-40.  This major trucking and fuel hub includes Pilot, Love’s, and TA all with large facilities (located within 0.5 miles of subject site).

Santa Rosa is best known for The Blue Hole, an 81-foot-deep natural artesian spring that allows for year-round scuba diving, aka “The Scuba Diving Capital of the Southwest”.   Santa Rosa Lake is a 3,500 acre State park that brings in visitors from the SW region. 

Santa Rosa is the county seat of Guadalupe County, New Mexico. It lies between Albuquerque and Amarillo, situated on Historic Route 66, along the Pecos River at the intersection of Interstate 40, U.S. Route 54, and U.S. Route 84. The city is located on the western edge of the Llano Estacado or "staked plains" of eastern New Mexico and west Texas.
