Brandon Saylor is an Albuquerque native. He is a graduate of Sandia Preparatory School and an avid sportsman playing soccer, golf, tennis, mountain biking and skiing. He went on to receive his BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and was a member of the downhill mountain bike race team.
The son of Richard Saylor, a prominent Albuquerque business owner, investor and developer, Brandon assists in the operation of the family real estate property management and development business. Brandon specializes in retail, however, his familys investment history in office, retail, restaurants, charter schools, multi-family dwellings, free-standing commercial buildings and industrial properties gives him a broad range of knowledge and experience in the Albuquerque market. Brandon currently represents national and local retailers ranging from shop space users to restaurant users. Brandon has secured transactions with clients such as: Little Ceasers Pizza, La Hacienda, Liberty Tax and Subway.
Brandons tenacity, family experience, life long knowledge of the Albuquerque area, as well as his knowledge of computers and marketing, will serve him and his clients well.
David "Chavo" is a Partner and Qualifying Broker with Base 5 Retail. His focus is investment sales, project leasing, and tenant representation. As a top performing real estate professional, David is an expert deal maker who recognizes the specific challenges affecting today's commercial real estate market in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico.
Chavo has extensive experience representing some of the largest REIT owners in the country including VEREIT/CIM, Weingarten, GE Capital, Spirit, among others. He has also handled numerous tenant expansion and roll-outs in New Mexico including Ross, Wendy's, Jersey Mikes, and Sprint to name a few.
Outside of the office Chavo spends his time skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
