Coralee specializes in the representation of business owners and non-profits. She is experienced in closing hospitality, retail, multi-family, institutional, and religious services transactions. With over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as an investor, landlord, property manager and broker Coralee has worked with tenants, investors and owner occupants in the acquisition and disposition of their commercial real estate properties. Coralee has a passion for helping her clients dispose of real estate that no longer fits their needs or acquire space to grow their business or non-profit organization. Coralee has a an MA in Latin American Economics, an MBA from the University of New Mexico and serves on the board of Festival Ballet.
