George Chronis

George is the managing principal of Amplified Commercial Real Estate. He is a long-time resident of the great state of New Mexico with almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as an investor and broker. George specializes in tenant and landlord representation, investment sales and site selection and development. He is particularly good at identifying solutions and opportunities others have overlooked and implementing creative strategies for complex real estate challenges. George values relationships with clients and strives to provide the very best guidance tailored to each client's unique needs. Prior to founding Amplified Commercial Real Estate, George worked in public accounting while simultaneously starting up a successful internet company selling audio equipment online. But real estate is in his blood and he eventually followed his family into the business, beginning his career as a top producing residential broker. Most recently, he was a senior broker and the qualifying broker at Pegasus Group and worked with a wide variety of local, regional and national credit clients. When he's not making deals, he enjoys music and hiking and biking in the beautiful Southwest outdoors.
