Walt Arnold, CCIM, SIOR, serves as a senior advisor for SVN in Albuquerque. Arnold specializes in the sale of office and industrial buildings. Prior to joining SVN, Arnold served as president of Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc., which he started in 1990. Previously, Arnold also worked for Hooten/Stahl Commercial, a local commercial brokerage firm. Additionally, Arnold spent eight years in the National Football League playing for the Los Angeles Rams, Houston Oilers and the Kansas City Chiefs. As an active commercial real estate community member, Arnold is a member and past president of the New Mexico Certified Commercial Investment Member, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS, and member and past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico (CARNM). In 1998, Arnold was named "Realtor of the Year" by CARNM. Additionally, Arnold was named to the University of New Mexico Football 100-Year All-Time Team and was inducted in the University of New Mexico's Hall of Honor. Arnold earned a bachelor of university studies degree from the University of New Mexico.
