Kate Potter
Senior Associate
Born in Australia and raised in the New York metro area, I am a graduate of Rutgers University, and bring global perspective to my business in New Mexico...home since 2005. For over a decade, I have lead regional initiatives on behalf of global clients in the commercial real estate, architecture and construction industries. I am savvy to work styles and company cultural needs as they affect the future of work and real estate decisions, change management, and the need for adaptable, flexible spaces.
I am a board member for Urban Land Institute (ULI) New Mexico, and the DEI Chair.
I was previously Board Secretary for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) NM, and on the boards of the UNM Anderson School of Management Foundation, the Borderplex Alliance (El Paso, TX), and Associated General Contractors (AGC) NM. I am also a Past-President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) NM.
