Tim WithCCIM, SIOR

As a 20-year veteran and principal of Colliers International, Tim With offers his clients exceptional experience, efficiency and energy. Tim has extensive educational background from the accredited Anderson School of Management, where he attained both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Business Administration. Tim works with a broad range of transactions including investments, office and office/flex properties. He was instrumental with the leasing and sale of the 300,000-square-foot, NAIOP President's Award winning mixed-use redevelopment, 25! Business Park, disposition of the 78,000-square- foot Marshall Building, and the leasing and disposition of the 17-building, 320,000 square foot Broadbent Business Park. Tim has had a successful partnership with John Ransom, CCIM, SIOR for two decades.
