Mark Friedman

Mark Friedman, CCIM is a Vice-President of Roger Cox and Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC. Mark is a native of Albuquerque and brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties. He handles Landlord and Tenant representation and helps many of his clients with the acquisition, disposition and marketing of investment properties. Mark focuses his Landlord leasing in Albuquerque in the North I-25 sub-market and handles the leasing for three large industrial parks in the North I-25 sub-market. Mark is a member of CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico), CCIM and LIN (Leasing Information Network) and has held leadership positions in CARNM and LIN. He has been awarded the CCIM Marketing Deal of the Year and has been a recognized Power Broker by CoStar. Mark received his degree in Political Science from Arizona State University.
