Nicole E. Villareal

Nicole's real estate career began in 2000 as a custom home builder. After winning several awards including PNMs Pioneer Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 for a Woman in a Male Dominated Field, she began her transition into commercial real estate focusing on tenant improvements and land development. She is a 2012 Leadership Albuquerque graduate and continues to do work with charity and nonprofit organizations throughout the state. Born and raised in New Mexico, Nicole's passion is to help other small business owners thrive and grow in our community and has been named as one of the Top Three Commercial Brokers in Albuquerque for 4 consecutive years claiming number one in 2022.
