Lance D. Sigmon

Lance co-founded Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group with Brad Allen in 2011. Prior to this Lance was a top producing broker at Roger Cox & Associates, for over seven years. As a business owner, property owner and developer himself, Lance understands the needs and concerns his clients face. Some of these clients have included national home builders, retailers, local users, and developers of all property types. Lance's knowledge and success have earned him a spot on the New Mexico State Land Office Advisory Board. He is one of seven board members, appointed by the State Land Commissioner, who advise the Commissioner on the administration of 13 million acres of New Mexico State Trust land. Lance formally served as Chairman of this board.Lance Graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002.
