Kelly Schmidt is a Senior Director at NAI SunVista, specializing in office sales and leasing. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Kelly brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to representing office and industrial owners and occupiers throughout the New Mexico market.

Kelly joined NAI SunVista after a highly successful tenure at SVN, drawn by the firm’s collaborative culture, depth of market expertise, and platform designed to support strategic execution and long-term client success. She has established herself as one of the market’s leading office brokers, completing some of the largest and most complex office transactions over the past decade on both the sales and leasing sides.

Recognized for her strong work ethic, integrity, composure, and clear communication style, Kelly is known for navigating complex transactions with professionalism and precision. Her competitive drive—shaped by a background of high-level achievement on and off the soccer field—translates into focused advocacy for her clients while maintaining thoughtful, solutions-driven negotiations.

Her leadership experience includes serving as CARNM Leasing Information Network (LIN) President, CREW Board Member (2022–2024), and CREW Communications Chairperson (2018–2019, 2025–2026).
