Larry Ilfeld is a Senior Advisor with SVN | Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in Albuquerque, specializing in the sale of land and commercial properties throughout New Mexico. He has over 40 years commercial real estate experience and has completed transactions totaling many millions of dollars. He has strong experience in real estate-related Court work, having represented property owners in Ch. 11 bankruptcy and partitioning sales. Prior to joining SVN, Ilfeld owned his own commercial real estate company, Ilfeld & Co LLC. He previously worked for Stebbins Commercial Properties in Manchester, New Hampshire. One of his many notable land transactions was the sale of a $13 million, 141 acre, mixed-use land site in Cabezon Communities, Rio Rancho. The property had to be fully entitled and master planned through a partnership with a leading area developer. Part of this property is now the site of the Rust Medical Center. Ilfeld is member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Commercial Association of REALTORS of New Mexico (CARNM), the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and holds the CCIM designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS Land Institute. He received a Bachelor degree in Political Science from Boston University.
