Clayton King has been involved in commercial real estate his entire life. Clayton is a multi dimensional broker understanding both the deal making side of the business, the ownership side of the business and the management side of the business. He specializes in Tenant representation and has represented companies such as Freddy's Frozen Custard, Blaze Pizza, Hibbett Sports, Arby's, Church's Chicken, Del Taco, Denny's , among others. From a Landlord representation standpoint, Clayton focuses on pad sites and ground up projects throughout the State. When Clayton isn't working on transactions he loves exploring the outdoors with his wife and son.
