Overview

Carlston Ranch is an entitled, zoned and platted 1,232.3 acre +/- Master Planned community in the historic and bustling City of Carlsbad, New Mexico, and owned by Montclair Development Corporation (Montclair). Montclair is also the Declarant under each of the five Community Associations which govern the various tracts. Carlston Ranch was annexed into the City in 2018 and anchors the new southern portion of the City of Carlsbad. Carlston Ranch is serviced by National Parks Highway to the west and Derrick Road to the north. The community is east of the municipal Cavern City Air Terminal (supported by daily scheduled air service) and private corporate jets.
