The owner has very little info on the buildings.  There are electric lines to the buildings and it is believed that there is a shared well that provides water.

The buildings have not been professionally measured, but I am told they are approximately: warehouse one 14,200+- sq ft, warehouse two 12,916+- sq ft, and middle building 2,883+- sq ft.  Google Earth measurement looks close to these sizes.  You will need to take measurements to determine more exact figures if that is important.
