Andria is a licensed real estate broker focused on office and retail commercial real estate. She has been in the real estate industry with Absolute Investment Realty for six years in various capacities. Some of her responsibilities have included: property and commercial portfolio management, transaction facilitator, marketing director and office manager. In addition to managing the property management and brokerage arms of Absolute Investment Realty she is growing her practice as a commercial real estate broker.Andria has developed excellent people skills and is an expert in the industry. Barbara comes to commercial real estate via a long history of real estate investing and business consulting. She specializes in industrial and office properties. She is a Certified Business Broker and, as such, provides transactional broker services to business owners and those seeking to purchase businesses. She has been a real estate investor for more than 30 years and has managed both commercial and residential properties. She has been involved in community and business development in New Mexico for more than 15 years in both Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties and is affiliated with CREW and Corrales Mainstreet. Barbara has lived and worked in Europe, as a product manager with Intel in Brussels and as the Vice President of Marketing for a Dutch business software company. She has consulted for companies in Asia and the Middle East. She is an avid traveler in the US and abroad and loves to read just about any type of book she gets her hands on.

Consuelo Gallegos DeYoung is a native New Mexican. Consuelo has been a Realtor in New Mexico for over 18 years. Consuelo started her career as a Residential Realtor. During that time she was a Qualifying Broker and has previously owned her own company. Consuelo joined Absolute Investment Realty in February of 2016. Consuelo has experience in all aspects of Real Estate, from selling homes, selling all types of commercial buildings, such as multifamily, office buildings, restaurants, vacant land, farm land, businesses, finding the right space to grow a business and advising novice investors and helping them acquire properties to develop a real estate portfolio. Consuelo has an extensive background in contract analysis. Consuelo has a degree is in Accounting and has worked for international companies in this field.

Jeremy applies his skills to every detail of the transaction, offering expertise in marketing consultation, market evaluation, comparative analysis and deal negotiation. For the property owner, he is relentless in identifying qualified tenants. Jeremy currently represents several national and regional retailers ranging from shop space users to Anchor tenants. A native New Mexican, Jeremy attended the University of New Mexico where he graduated with honors, with a Bachelors Degree in Biology.Jeremy has worked for both CBRE and Grubb & Ellis New Mexico where he was a consistent top 3 producer each year of his employment. Through his extensive network of business resources, Jeremy identifies new prospects and strengthens relationships with existing clients.
