Crystal grew up in Truth or Consequences, NM. She is a proud NMSU Aggie and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management along with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to real estate, Crystal served the public through the Federal Emergency Management Administration in a multitude of roles responding to national disasters. She also helped the Aerospace Engineering program to expand and support the students in Engineering at NMSU for 8 years. Her move to real estate started in residential, but expanded to include commercial as well. Being active in the community is important to Crystal. She served 10 years on the NMSU Alumni Association board and is still active with the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Academy. She won the Spirit of Service Award for her dedication to the community. Crystal has a passion for reinvigorating our commercial profile in Southern NM. She has earned her Certified Commercial Investment Manager certification to best serve you. She also serves as the NM MLS President.

John Hummer brings a unique set of leadership, management and development experience to Steinborn / TCN. Prior to joining Steinborn, Inc. Realtors, John spent 17 years as an executive in the investor owned hospital industry. John came to Las Cruces in July 2000 to lead the development and operation of the single largest private project in the history of Las Cruces, MountainView Regional Medical Center (MVRMC), a 172-bed, tertiary regional hospital, and MountainView Regional Medical Plaza, a 115,000 square foot medical office building. This project totaled $100 million in total investment and has received state and national awards for its successful operation and return on investment. Prior to relocating to Las Cruces, John lead, developed and expanded major hospitals in Las Vegas, NV, Washington, DC, New Orleans, LA and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In all, John has directly overseen the development and leasing of over 500,000 square feet of professional medical office building space and over $200 million in hospital development/expansion projects.
