A native of Michigan, April moved to New Mexico in 1980 and traveled much of the southwest region as a Healthcare Management Consultant, mentoring Physicians and Lawyers with strategic planning and assisting them with enhancing their business profitability. April has consulted with many law firms, as well as, medical, chiropractic, dental and several sub-specialty healthcare practices. Her Business brokerage expertise excelled as she earned her Qualifying Broker's license in 1994, offering her clients a more value added - full service - real estate experience. April's client portfolio consists of Medical and Dental Professionals, Chiropractors, sub-specialty healthcare practitioners, Investors, Lawyers, Developers, family and friends.

Carrie Mellenbruch
Carrie is an effective communicator and leader with a strong background in real estate. She excels in the ability to establish and maintain client relationships. She has previously worked in residential real estate for sixteen years and is currently working for Coldwell Banker Commercial ~Las Colinas, practicing commercial real estate in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Carrie has been participating in the commercial real estate division for the past two years and has proven to be extremely successful. She is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM) and Innovia Southwest MLS. She also actively attends meetings for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and for the Leasing Information Network (LIN). Carrie is a participant in numerous charity events. One particular event she has organized is a charity golf event held for the University of New Mexico Cancer Center. She was an active office representative at her previous employer Coldwell Banker Legacy Real Estate office, where she worked from 1992-2005 as a residential agent including residential income. Carrie is an avid believer in company values which promote charities and departments that establish and encourage growth within the company. For example, she attended monthly meetings to raise funds for charity. Carrie highly respects the value of education and continually attends courses to increase her knowledge in the real estate field including but not limited to the following: 1031 Tax Exchange, Relocation, Foreclosure, Council of Residential Specialist for Real Estate Contracts (CRS), Selling Techniques, CCIM Introduction, CCIM 101, in addition to all mandatory real estate hours per year. Carrie has also acquired extensive knowledge and experience in property management through previous employment. She has experience with leasing, showing inventory, invoicing, bookkeeping, and hiring vendors, contractors, and laborers. Carrie has received many awards while working in real estate. Consisting of; Excellence Award, Ten Thousand Club, Rio Rancho Homes, Medallion Club, Sterling Society, Top Mall Agent Runner Up, Diamond Society and Relocation Certificate.
