Carlos Garcia
Carlos Garcia has been a successful Santa Fe business owner for more than 27 years,
Having owned and operated Don Juan's Auto Body, as well as Santa Fe Shoe Company,
which designed and manufactured women's footwear in Italy, Portugal and Spain. More recently, he has constructed and oversees management of the new, 92-room, Hyatt Place hotel, located at 4320 Cerrillos Rd. in Santa Fe and is currently involved in the development of Village Plaza, a 160,000 sq. ft. commercial and 92 Residential Lot Development also located in Santa Fe.
Carlos is the Director of NAI Maestas & Ward Santa Fe Office. He has been focusing on commercial real estate development and management in Santa Fe and El Paso, Texas for the past eighteen years. Carlos attended both UNM and NMSU, focusing his studies in International Marketing. Carlos is also the Founder/Director of Amigo Fiel, a Humanitarian Christian Organization which provides assistance to Orphans and destitute Children of Mexico.
