Phillip Varela was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico and has extensive Real Estate experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Phillip’s positive attitude, unparalleled drive, and quality service are what allow him to out perform the rest of the crowd. Phillip prides himself in saving time and money for his clients in each real estate transaction.  His knowledge and experience allow him to put together deals for his clients that may be complex or difficult.  Phillip has grown up in the real estate business as a 3rd generation broker.  He has Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies degrees from the University of New Mexico.  His real estate career spans 2 decades long, and he has helped hundreds of families through the buying and/or selling process.  He looks forward to every relationship that he builds within the Varela Real Estate business and brings integrity, commitment, and passion to each and every transaction. Phillip is a family man and is proud to run a family owned business.  He is devoted to his beautiful wife Raquel and his 2 beautiful children, Colton and Liana.  He is proud to work alongside Raquel, who handles the majority of the accounting within the business.
