As a Qualifying Broker and team leader of a dedicated team of professionals with Coldwell Banker Legacy, Nikki specializes in commercial real estate—helping clients achieve their investment, development, and business goals with clarity and confidence.

Holding an MBA and currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation, Nikki combines analytical expertise with real-world insight to deliver data-driven guidance and results-focused solutions for her clients. Beyond real estate, she serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization that empowers women through education, mentorship, and community engagement.

Nikki’s approach is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to service. She and her husband are proud to call Albuquerque home, where they raise their children and remain active in both business and the community.

Wesley Baiett is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Legacy. He is a born and raised New Mexico native and proud alum of the University of New Mexico. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business at West Texas A&M. Wesley brings enthusiasm and energy as well as a strong business background to each of his projects.
