Ken has developed four office parks over the last fifteen years in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Englewood, Colorado. His latest projects are 4001 Office Court, a 75,000 square foot Class A high tech office park, and Office Court on Inverness, a 100,000 square foot Class A single story office park. His projects have maintained an occupancy level in excess of 95% since their development due aggressive marketing efforts and a high level of customer service in property and facilities management. He has also offered development and management consulting services to clients locally and nationwide in a wide range of business in addition to real estate.
