A fourth generation Santa Fean, James Wheeler began his real estate career working with Mares Realty in 1972. Three years later he founded James F. Wheeler and Associates, which became one the largest residential real estate offices in Santa Fe. He established Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI) in 1994 developing it into one of the leading companies in the Santa Fe Commercial Real Estate Market. Mr. Wheeler specializes in real estate leasing, sales, and investments, along with land sales for commercial, residential and industrial development in Santa Fe. As both a broker and principal, he brings to his clients an extensive background in development and facilities construction, land acquisition, market analysis and financial feasibility, as well as the related sales and leasing. Mr. Wheeler holds a Mathematics degree from College of Santa Fe.
